- "Nowa Ruda [ˈnɔva ˈruda] (Czech: Nová Ruda, German: Neurode, Silesian: Nowŏ Ruda) is a town in south-western Poland near the Czech border, lying on the Włodzica river in the central Sudetes mountain range. As of 2019[update] it had 22,067 inhabitants. The town is located in Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship (in 1975–1998 it was in the former Wałbrzych Voivodeship).
